I had the pleasure of meeting Joe this morning bc my ac was not blowing cold air. Within 20 minutes he had it up and running. Joe is such a professional man and a respectable human. I will continue to use him to service my ac unit. 09/25/2026 I just had Joe install a brand new unit in my home. I waited until the weather was a bit cooler, 96° lol so that they didn’t pass out outside doing the work. These gentlemen are such professionals; they are neat, clean & courteous. I will continue to use Joe for the maintenance on my new unit as well. If you need an air conditioner company this is the one you have too call !

We had a great experience replacing our 30-year-old AC unit. Joe and Andres were outstanding from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything throughout the installation process. They were also incredibly friendly, respectful, and made sure all of our questions were answered. Replacing an AC unit is a big investment, and they made the entire experience stress-free. The installation was done efficiently, and they left everything clean when they were finished. We couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend this company—especially Joes and Andres. Thank you for a job well done!

Replacing a 15-year-old HVAC system in Sun City Festival is a big decision, and choosing the right installer is paramount. I received three quotes from well-known, established HVAC companies, but ultimately, I chose EHR Nguyen, and I couldn't be happier. What set them apart was the direct communication and expertise of the person actually doing the installation. Unlike dealing with salespeople and customer service reps at larger companies, EHR Nguyen provided upfront explanations about every aspect of the installation process. This transparency was incredibly comforting. Job cost 8,000.00 It's often said that the installation is more important than the equipment itself, and EHR Nguyen exemplified this perfectly. They installed a 5-ton Goodman, two-speed, R32 HVAC system with meticulous professionalism. Every step of the process was not only explained to me in detail but also documented with pictures and videos. This level of thoroughness and attention to detail is truly rare. Beyond the exceptional workmanship, the cost was also a significant factor. The quotes I received from the larger companies were between $4,500 and $5,400 more for the same equipment and warranty! EHR Nguyen provided incredible value without compromising on quality. If you're in need of HVAC repair, replacement, or installation, I wholeheartedly recommend EHR Nguyen. Joseph and Andreas expertise, transparent communication, and dedication to a flawless installation make them an outstanding choice. Don't let fancy marketing and big company names fool you – the quality of the installation is what truly matters, and EHR Nguyen delivers that in spades. Jerry Axton

I cannot recommend Andres & Joe with EHR A/C enough! I’m so glad we found them. My family and all our businesses had an AC guy that we loved and all used but he passed away recently and trying to find someone who was just as friendly, just as honest, just as hard working and just as reliable was proving to be harder than I thought. Then I found EHR on a facebook group and called to schedule a time for someone to take a look at our AC system that just stopped working in our small business. Joe was the only one that called me back that same day out of the 5 places I tried. They got us in quickly and did a thorough inspection and were able to figure out the problem and fix it the next day! Joe and Andres explained everything step by step and gave us recommendations and advice along the way. They are a great team together and we are happy to have found them! Definitely recommend for any of your HVAC needs - it’s hard to find good people nowadays, but EHR is definitely a company you’d want to do business with, long term!

Very pleased with the quality and attention to detail. They installed a new 2 ton split unit that I purchased. Completed the installation in one day. I would highly recommend EHR if you are considering an installation of either a unit that you are purchasing and need installation or a complete package installation.
